The 1st single from “Of Fragility and Impermanence” is out!

I’m delighted to announce that the first single - “No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it’s not the same river and he’s not the same man” - is finally out! Here’s the link and also a teaser directed by Maria Bicker!

The new album, Of Fragility and Impermanence, will be released on November 7th 2025 on Robalo Music with the support of Fundação GDA, Antena2 and Centro Musibéria.

Exploring themes of fragility, vulnerability, and the impermanence of life, this project brings together an uncommon instrumentation and some of the most creative Portuguese musicians: José Soares (saxophone), Raquel Reis (cello), Samuel Gapp (piano), and João Hasselberg (electronics).

I'm thrilled to share that "Atom & Void", directed by Gonçalo Almeida and featuring an original score composed by me, has been nominated for the 2025 Sophia Awards — one of the most prestigious film honors in Portugal.

The winners will be announced on April 27. I'm truly grateful to have contributed to this powerful film and to see it receive such recognition.
