“No man ever steps in the same river twice, for It’s not the same river and he’s not the same man”

The first single, “No man steps the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man,” reflects on Heraclitus’ thoughts on life’s impermanence. Carvalho transforms this idea into a piece in constant flux, where melody, harmony, rhythm and texture are continually reinvented. With a raw, evolving aesthetic, the track grows into a fragmented collective solo, revisiting earlier ideas while revealing new nuances - a powerful and compelling introduction to the album’s universe.
